The hotel is open until 3am Thursday through Saturday, 10pm Sunday and 12am Monday through Wednesday. Should you not be able to make it before these times then call the hotel well in advance to see if there is a way to check you in another way.

Children cannot be accommodated at the hotel. Guests must be a minimum of 18 years of age.

Unfortunately there isn’t a hotel shuttle service but there is an airport bus service that will get you almost right to the door. Just click on the link below or call Newcastle Transport on +61 131500 or Port Stephens Coaches on +61 131500.

Free public parking is available at the rear of the hotel (reservation is not needed).

All of our rooms only have a queen bed. Unfortunately we do not have the facilities for more than 2 guests per room.

We have a keyless coded lock system. You will be given your code when you check-in.

2pm is the regular check-in time. If you would like an earlier check-in time then please let us know. This can sometimes be arranged but is subject to availability.

The rate is per night not per person. Please note though that there can only be a maximum of 2 people per room.

Cancellations for bookings made via the Nags Head Hotel web site are fully refundable until 3 days prior to arrival. Cancellations for bookings made via other web sites (On-Line Travel Agents) are subject to the terms and conditions of those sites.

A pre-authorisation is a temporary hold of a specific amount of the available balance on a credit or debit card that is provided upon booking. The pre-authorisation is not a charge and no funds have been debited from your account. The release of a pre authorisation generally occurs in 4-10 working days depending on your (the card holders) bank.
